Yes you can. You can return a box within 14 days after you receive the box.

Refund of payment:

Please remind that we will ONLY refund the full payment of this box (€19 membership fee + costs of the box) if you request a refunded within 14 days after the payment date of the monthly subcription fee. (this date is different than the date you will actually receive your box). If you request a refund after  these 14 days, we will replace the box with a new giftcard code of the same value.

Please note!
Add a note in the box with your ordernumber, subscription ID, name, email address, address and reason for return.  Once we have received and processed your box, you will receive an email from us with the confirmation.
After confirmation, it can take up to 5 working days before you have your money back on the account.
